Terms of Service for Wira

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Wira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Wira is a business management application designed to help users track sales, manage inventory via barcode scanning, and store business details.

3. User Responsibilities & Data

• Local Storage: You acknowledge that Wira stores data locally on your device. Wira does not currently back up your data to a cloud server.
• Data Loss: You are solely responsible for maintaining your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device theft, damage, software errors, or the clearing of application storage by the user.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the business information, phone numbers, and emails entered into the app are accurate.

4. Camera & Hardware Use

Wira requires access to your device's camera to perform barcode scanning functions. You agree to grant this permission for the app to function as intended.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Wira for any illegal or unauthorised business activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
• Use the application to store or transmit any malicious software or viruses.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wira name, logo, and original code are the intellectual property of Wira and its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal or business use.

7. Limitation of Liability & Credit Management

• No Proof of Payment: Wira provides tools for tracking business credit and debts. You acknowledge and agree that the records stored within Wira are for informational and organisational purposes only. Wira is not a financial institution, and the digital records within the app do not constitute legal proof of payment, settlement of debt, or a binding financial receipt between you and your customers.
• Financial Responsibility: Users are encouraged to maintain physical receipts or official bank confirmations for all credit transactions. We are not liable for any financial disputes, unpaid debts, or errors in credit tracking that occur between you and your clients.
• "As Is" Basis: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wira and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the application.

8. Future Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or through an in-app notification.

9. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting all associated data from your device.
