Welcome to Wira. We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how your information is handled. Unlike many apps, Wira is designed to keep your data under your control.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly and through your use of the device's hardware:

Business Information: To set up your account, you provide your business name, email address, phone number, and a shop description.
Purpose of Collection: This data is collected to facilitate future security features, specifically Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), to ensure your business records remain secure.
Hardware Access (Camera): Wira requests access to your device's camera. This is used solely for scanning barcodes to streamline the sales process. We do not record, store, or transmit images from your camera.

2. Data Storage (Local Storage)

Your privacy is protected by the architecture of the app:

On-Device Storage: All business data and records are stored locally on your mobile device.
No Server Uploads: We do not currently host your data on external servers or in the cloud. This means your data is only accessible via your physical mobile phone.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade your information with third parties. There are currently no third-party integrations (such as analytics or advertising networks) within the app.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you have total control over it:

User Control: You can delete all data associated with Wira at any time by clearing the application storage/cache within your device's Settings menu or by uninstalling the app.
Data Loss: Please note that because data is not backed up to a server, deleting the app or clearing storage will permanently erase your business records.

5. Children's Privacy

Wira is a business management tool. While the content is generally appropriate for all ages, the app is intended for use by individuals operating a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes.
